    Wendy,
I look back on that Paris holiday where you guided our Family through the streets of Paris with such flair and a smile comes accross my face. Last year my wife went back to Paris and had the great pleasure of spending time with you once again. I cannot tell you what a positive influence you were. For example, the twins are still so enamored with Paris that they asked for Rosseta Stone this past christmas to start to learn French. The twins are 16. What 16yr old boy asks for homework? We all daydream about coming back. I have set up your website as my homepage. What a good feeling to turn on the computer and see & feel Paris. The Ward’s wish you continued good health and success and please keep the stories coming as we all feel that we are there with you experiencing all the best of Paris.
    Your truly

Hi! We were in Paris this summer and followed your restaurant recommendations and it was all amazing! We will be traveling back there in February to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday. Can you recommend a fantastic place to take her on her birthday? Thanks so much! Happy Holidays!

    Hi Wendy
I am coming back to Paris Nov 29-Dec 2. This time I am bringing my mother and sister for my niece Tania’s graduation from CIFFOP. Tania and I had dinner with you at Frenchie’s a little more than a year ago. You and I did a foodie field trip and discovered our common link to Brewton, AL of all places!

I am looking for a place near 47 Rue Des Ecoles for a dinner for 5 to follow the graduation ceremony. The ceremony is schedule end at 9:30pm so I was hoping to find something close by in 5e or 6e. I’d like it to be yummy and intimate more than fussy and formal. While is certainly no object, I’m willing to spend more to make a special evening to celebrate.

We also talked about our lives circa the mid-80′s. You tromping your way back to Paris from Versailles was it? You deciding to stay in Paris, giving up the big magazine career and breaking your engagement. Me in graduate school, madly in love yet heading in two different directions only to reunite 25 years later.

Well, to continue the story, we’re still going strong! He’s joining us in Paris over the weekend. Any other great dining suggestions would be great.

Is there anything I can bring for you from stateside? It would be my pleasure.

All the best to you and wishes for your continued happiness,
    April

  • I love your newsletter – keep it coming. I’m homesick for Paris.
    Thank you.
