I recently stopped by to congratulate my buddy Chef Jason Atherton on his stunning new place in London, the uber glam Pollen Street Social. He’s one of the most talented Chefs in London these days – and finally ventured out on his own after years of working with Gordon Ramsey. I’ll be writing about my eating & drinking trip to London tomorrow for The Hungry Traveler section … but this cauliflower & squid with roasted squid broth was just too pretty to wait!
